When complaints become a constant companion
Since 2017, I have been supporting people with craniosacral therapy. A gentle, profound, and holistic form of therapy.
With gentle touch, I perceive the craniosacral rhythm and the movements within the structures. Perhaps you too can perceive the rhythm.

Take time for yourself and your body.

After the treatment, take time for yourself to integrate the changes in your body.
What exactly happens during craniosacral therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, holistic form of bodywork that focuses on the body's anatomical structures. There is no set procedure for the treatment; I follow what your body tells me.
The brain and cerebrospinal fluid possess a subtle, natural rhythm, known as the primary respiratory rhythm. This primary respiratory rhythm is perceived as the craniosacral rhythm and is transmitted throughout the body via the meninges, skull bones, spine, and sacrum.
Through my gentle and mindful touch of the bones, connective tissue, and fluid systems, tensions and blockages can be released. This supports the body's self-regulation and helps the nervous system regain balance.

I sense the craniosacral rhythm, allow myself to be guided by it, and thus shape the treatment.

Every bone has its own inherent movement, and I perceive this. If these are out of balance, I will support you in correcting them.

In the case of a lesion of the synchondrosis sphenobasilaris (SSB), the connection between the sphenoid bone and the occipital bone, I offer the SSB a solution so that the two bones can move freely again.

Here I hold the shoulder joints and feel how they are. Do the joints need more space, or does the fluid need to be moved so that the shoulders are freer again?

I usually finish a treatment either at the feet or at the shoulders to integrate the change into the body.

My way of working
Through fine perception, intuition and knowledge, I accompany the body in its own rhythm.

The focus is not only on individual complaints, but also on the connections between the nervous system, body structures and inner tension.

What can change through craniosacral therapy
Tension can be released, pain can subside, and the body feels more mobile, free, and vibrant. At the same time, it strengthens body awareness and personal responsibility.
